Responsibilities:
- Work towards achieving the sales objective through periodic brand performance review and taking practical and appropriate action.
- Visit and inspect stores in order to ensure proper functioning of the operation and the correct pricing and display of the merchandise.
- Contribute in the selection of collection products in accordance with market trends and market segment analysis at which the store product is aimed.
- Contribute to the development of the brand in terms of promotion, event planning, business analysis and new product development.
- Organize the implementation of the visual merchandising and marketing guidelines and standards in line with the company and Brand policies and standards.
- Ensure that the loss prevention policies, procedures & contingency action plans are implemented in all stores to prevent shrinkage.
- Minimize risk of internal and external loss of store merchandise and revenues through timey investigation of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure having the necessary skill base and that employees are enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
- Achieve a work environment which supports and improves store and team performance.
- Ensure the terms, conditions and rules of the franchise and lease agreements are duly implemented and
- respected.
Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 8-10 relevant years, with at least 3 years as an Area Manager or similar role preferably within the company
- Proficiency in MS Office.
